The products of Azbuka Syra LLC took the top of the rating according to the results of tests organized by the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan. The test included an expert examination in accredited laboratories of the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Tatarstan Center for Standardization and Metrology in the Republic of Tatarstan and tasting by a specially assembled commission. More than 130 types of butter, as well as 40 types of cheeses sold on the territory of the republic took part in laboratory tests. 10 samples of Dutch cheese and 14 samples of "Peasant" butter (contents 72.5% of fat) of various local producers were presented at the tasting. The products were tested according to the main indicators of quality and safety, and at the tasting they were evaluated by taste, smell, consistency, appearance and color. As a result, our butter "Peasant" 72.5% and cheese "Dutch" took the first place.
