The top managers of Azbuka Syra LLC are among the best in their fields of activity.

The Salt of the Earth rating is organized by Rosselkhozbank and the Association of Managers. The assessment is based on the long–standing methodology of the Association of Managers of Russia, which annually determines the "TOP 1000 Russian managers". The principle is that the best choose the best. The experts themselves are representatives of the professional community.

The industry rating is aimed at recognizing those who create the country's strongest enterprises, introduce modern technologies, and advance science and education. These are people whose qualities and experience lead and inspire others.
Alexey Rinatovich Fatykhov, CEO, became the winner of the Salt of the Earth agro-industrial Complex rating in the "Head of the Enterprise" nomination and took 7th place in the Processing Industry and Food Production.

Kiryanova Tatiana Vladimirovna, Head of the Commercial Department of Azbuka Syra LLC, took 1st place in the Processing Industry and Food Production in the nomination "Commercial Director / Development Director".
Irina Yagfarovna Suleymanova, Head of the Marketing Department, took 1st place in the nomination "Director of Marketing and/or Communications" in the Processing Industry and Food Production.
