The international competition "The best product of the Year-2025" has brought our company Azbuka Syra LLC six gold medals. The competition is held within the framework of the International Exhibition of Food, Beverages and Raw Materials for their production Prodexpo-2025.
Azbuka Syra LLC submitted the following products in the Dairy Products category to the competition:
For the first time in the competition, the company presented a novelty in its assortment - Parmesan and Maasdam cheese, maturing using a new technology. Traditionally, Tatar cheese and butter are sent to the competition.
The "Best Product of the Year" competition is held annually to identify promising high-quality agri-food products on the Russian market, promote them on the domestic market, and replace imported food products. A qualified tasting committee consisting of accredited tasters evaluates the participants, performs an organoleptic assessment of the quality of food products in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documentation, and also evaluates the exterior design and packaging.
